DATA4AI Consulting was founded by Guryash Singh Dhall to bring practical, production-grade data and AI solutions to healthcare and manufacturing organizations. 10+ years in data and AI, with deep experience across clinical informatics and EHR-driven workflows, medical device supply chain, and global manufacturing planning. Prior work includes Nova Scotia Health Authority and Mu Sigma Inc.
DATA4AI was founded on a simple conviction: organizations do not need more strategy decks that collect dust. They need partners who design practical AI and data solutions and stay through production deployment. Every engagement is structured around real business outcomes, not billable hours.
How we work
Healthcare is our largest practice: Azure OpenAI EMR assistants, 90-day access and no-show reduction on Epic, HCC risk adjustment NLP, FHIR-native ACO platforms, and CMS ACCESS Model readiness. Manufacturing is our growing practice: consigned inventory placement on Monte Carlo simulation for medical device manufacturers, and demand forecasting on Microsoft Fabric for global outdoor equipment brands.
We operate deep within the Microsoft and Azure ecosystem (Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, Synapse, Databricks), paired with Claude API and n8n for agentic workflow automation. Cloud-agnostic in principle, Microsoft-fluent in practice.
